Textile Belting

A general purpose conveyor belt that is utilized in various industries for different materials.   conveyor belting
It has proven to be the most cost effective option for handling most types of materials.
Textile belting can easily be cut to a width and length as required.
bullet Various combinations of plies and class ratings makes this type of belt suitable for a wide range of applications.

Heat Resistant Belting

Utilised to transport material with a temparature greater than 60°C.

Chevron Belting

Used to convey bulk or loose material at an angle of up to 45°.
Belt is equipped with cleats in various sizes and angles to suit most applications.

Steep Incline Belting

Utilised to transport material at a steep gradient.                  steep incline belting
Reduces the risk of spillage of material.
Can be applied to a wide range of materials.

Rubber lagging is applied to pulley shells in order to improve the friction between the pulley and the belt. Conveyor drive pulleys are mostly fitted with diamond grooved lagging.

Various types of lagging are available to suit most applications:

Large Diamond Profile

Most commonly used type of lagging.   Large Diamond Lagging
Available in 10mm and 12mm thickness.
Available in a range of widths:

1000mm
1200mm
1400mm
1500mm
1650mm
1800mm
2000mm

Small Diamond Profile

Mainly used on light duty conveyors, and on drive pulleys with a diameter of typically less than 300mm.
  Available in 1200mm wide x 6mm thick, and 1500mm wide x 8mm thick.

Flame Retardant Lagging

In most instances this type of lagging is required for underground applications, due the benefit of reduced flame propensity.

Ceramic Lagging

Features ceramic tiles with raised dimples.   Ceramic Lagging
Benefits include improved belt grip and tracking, as well as extreme wear resistance.
